My name is Dr. Kim Dale, my goal as a therapist is to meet you where you are, while assisting you in getting where you want to be. Let's work together to develop solutions. I provide a safe, supportive space for you to talk through areas that keep you stuck. You will learn to reframe negative thoughts and develop a path to self-love and acceptance. This is your journey! I typically work with adults. My work targets ineffective behaviors, limiting beliefs, depression, and life adjustments. I provide treatment goals and strategies that are easy to accomplish and that will help you get to your desired well-being.

I'm a short-term and solution focused therapist. I meet clients where they are. I will help you adopt healthier thoughts and behavior patterns. I will help you get to where you want to be by providing a safe space to talk, I will listen to you, I will understand your experiences.
